How Often does our company come out?

We service most of our yards on a weekly basis.  If you would like to arrange service more or less
often than once a week, please call us.

Will my yard be serviced even if the weather is bad?

We will work in most weather, but snow or heavy rain can stop us.  If this happens, we will postpone
that day's service until the next day.

What about Holidays?

We do not work the following days:

New Years Day                Labor Day
Memorial Day                   Thanksgiving Day
Independence Day          Christmas Day

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes.  Employees are not permitted to climb or jump over fences, so please have your gate unlocked
on your service day.  You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will
make it convenient for you.

Can we work with the dog in the yard?

Yes; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us in the yard.  If you know that your dog is
not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then
we ask that you retain or confine the dog.  We do not want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or
our employees.

What if I want to skip a service day?

You will not be charged if you call the company office in time for us to tell the service worker to skip
your yard that day.  If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other
reason that you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be
charged for those days.  There will also be no charge for service missed due to weather or some
other event beyond you control.

HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the
work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?

No - We can start and stop your service over the phone.  We do not require contracts, there is no
minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.

What do you do with the waste?

We double bag the waste and remove it from your property and dispose of it properly, according to
City, County or State laws.

What about diseases?

Because veterinarians tell us that there can be a risk of transferring some canine diseases from one
location to another, we always disinfect our tools and shoes with a veterinarian approved disinfectant
after cleaning each yard.
